What is the process?

The process is very streamlined and efficient.

  2. You can meet with the physician within ~10 minutes or you can schedule a time to speak with the physician at a later date when you're ready
  3. Create an account
  4. Complete the quick intake information regarding which covers your basic data and medical history
  5. Start your online telemed consultation with the physician. During your consult, the physician will review the information you submitted, ask questions about your medical history, gain an understanding of the ailments you suffer from and answer any questions you have about the medical marijuana program and Oklahoma
  6. After your evaluation has concluded and you've been verbally approved, you'll need to submit payment. This is an automated process as you'll need to put in your credit/debit card details before starting the evaluation. Your debit/credit card will NOT be charged unless you are approved
  7. You will be emailed to your provided address a completed and signed version of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Physician Recommendation form which is needed to obtain your card.
  8. You will submit this form to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority portal which can be found here. What do I need to bring with me for the consultation?

Please have proof of residency which can come in the form of a state ID, U.S. Passport or U.S. Photo ID, an Oklahoma ID card or a Tribal ID card.

Be prepared to discuss your medical history and why medical marijuana would be beneficial in treating your symptoms/improving your life. While not required having medical records, health summaries, notes from your PCP, therapist and/or chiropractor or prescription medications would be helpful.

The consultation will last approximately 20 minutes.
